Canada's top authority on Kosho Ryu Kempo: Hanshi Richard Buchan, 9th Dan, is on his way to the Scottish Highlands from Toronto! I'm very much looking forward to bringing Hanshi Buchan to Scotland for the first time.During his stay, Hanshi will be visiting a few of our Yoshin Kempo schools and conducting a Kempo Seminar this Saturday for 25 adult and teen SKA members at the Dingwall Leisure Centre. A reporter from the Ross-shire Journal is scheduled to take a photo of the historic event so check out next week's newspaper!
Hanshi Buchan is a Technical Advisor to the SKA and it's anticipated that his input will raise the standard of our Kempo system to yet a higher level. Hanshi's visit has been arranged as the second part of our 10th anniversary year celebrations, with the first part being the world-famous SKA Gathering last April.
